Dear sony,

Hi, i currently facing the ringtones problem when phone call is coming every first time, the sound still ringing when slide to pick up the call....

when long time didn't touch the phone like around 1-2 hours or more...

then second calls & so on...it will back normal...means fine again...

Anyone know how to solve this??? or again need to wait another update??

& i also repair my phone & factory reset many times, still cannot solve this prob.

Everyone face this problem because of bad optimalisation of phone and sms function by Sony, other companies keep this apps and services in memory, but no sony. No notifications, random ringtones are the evidence that Sony firmware is bad and full of bugs...

I'm sorry to hear but this has been reported earlier and it's sent for investigation. Unfortunately I have no news at the moment.

And what I noticed? When someone is calling to me sometimes I hear the attached sound, but when I receive phone ringtone still play (sometimes i hear default Xperia Sound in the backgroud) Phone is playing two ringtones. It's something with sound output.
