4.3 update issue

After updating my xperia sp with 4.3 jellybean i did not recieve the background defocus app in the camera and whenever i try to use my blackberry mesenger the screen goes blur and the phone reboots.
I am from India

try setting>apps>downloaded black berry messengger clean data and cache and reboot your phone

if it dosent help i think you should perform software repair via SUS
