2 simple questions

Hi everyone, i just got my Xperia Sp, and it works really good, in my opinion. Actually I have to say I agree with most of people's disappointment concerning camera and led bar/stamina mode interaction, but in the first case I already knew the "problem" before buying the device, and this camera is enough for me, and in second one, I solved with a third party app.

Yet, I still have two issues I can't manage to solve:

1)  I mixed SIM contacts with Facebbok ones. At first it was okay, but then I realized i won't call or text most of my facebook friends, so i tried to disconnect Facebook account, without succeding. Is there a way to do it? (I already went in settings->accounts-> disconnect facebook, and I tried to do the same from the contacts settings, it didn't work). 

2) Sample pictures and videos are gorgeous, and this means the display quality is very good. But when I try to change the backgound switching to images i loaded, they're really bad (i can see pixels), And the same happens when I watch videos online. Is this due to the resolution of my pictures? If so, what which ones do i have to chose to have the same result as the samples?

1. open the phonebook app > menu > filter > uncheck facebook 

2. That's indeed the issue, use the album app to crop the wallpaper 

as for online videos the issue is not the phone but your internet connection, tap on HQ

Thank you, i hadn't notice the filter, now i have an actual phonebook, as i wanted. 

As concerns pictures i think i just have to check with larger images. Anyway I crop, i still have bad quality, and the reason should be that I can't use a small picture. When risezed to the background dimensions, it gets a worse definition, as obvious.

Try using wallpapers with resolution 3000+pixels times 2000+pixels and then crop it using album editor to be used for wallpaper.
