18MP camera REALLY!!

[Cameraproblem]

Everything is going good on my Xperia M4 Aqua Dual except the photograph capturing and video making. The snap taken from the camera is always blur and while recording a video everything goes dark I.e. nothing is visible. I'm suffering with this since i bought this mobile phone.
Please see into this. Either the company rectify my problems or replace the device. Hoping for a positive response.

Things to check, settings > apps > camera > clear data > restart the phone 

look for scratches or grime on the camera lens, btw, does your phone has a protective case or film or glass? 

another thing you can do is repair the phone with XC, if all fail, contact your Local support

You may have an hardware issue but uliwooly idea of clearing settings of the camera may help because it may be misconfigured and hence not focusing, try in Superior auto mode after resetting the camera app and post some pictures here.
