I've just upgraded to .254 and can't find anything new or improved.

The notification bar still doesn't flash when a notification is yet to be read 😞

Sony doesn't post the change log but most likely it was bug fixes

If stamina mode is activated, the notification bar won't light up.

I know about the notification bar/stamina mode issue, I've posted about it before following the .245 update.
I got a notification about another update this morning, it's definitely .254
I can't upload a foto cos I'm using an ipad

Xperia SP C5302/C5303 Android 4.1.2 12.0.A.2.254 firmware update Rolled just now.

12.0.A.2.254 firmware confirmed in India, updated via PC Companion.  Also confirmed in UK O2 carrier.
