θελω να εγκαταστησω την ενημερωση του συστηματος για το neo v xperia..και μου βγαζει το παραπανω σφαλμα.

παρακαλω τι πρεπει να κανω?

That error code is usually about Windows Update.

Yiu can try to resolve:

1) using  Microsoft Fix it (http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9665683)

2) Stop the Automatic Updates service

Click Start.
Choose Run.
In the Run box, type services.msc.
Click OK.
Right-click the Automatic Updates service.
Click Stop.
Stopping the service will take a moment.

Delete the contents of the DataStore folder

Click Start.
Choose Run.
In the Run box, type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
Click OK.
Open the DataStore folder.
Delete all contents of the DataStore folder.
Close the window.

Start the Automatic Updates service

Click Start.
Choose Run.
In the Run box, type services.msc.
Click OK.
Right-click the Automatic Updates service.
Click Start.
