It is possible to replace the backpiece, the frame and the display of the phone, this is however nothing I would advice to do yourself.
I recommend that you have your phone sent in to an authorized service center in order to have the parts replaced. In order to do this, please contact your local support team. If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your Local support team as well, as they vary between markets.
