I am guessing that the function that you are referring to is Tap to Wake? This is a function that unfortunately is not embedded in the software of your XA1. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
There may however exist apps in Play store that supports this function. Please note though that we can not guarantee full functionality for apps made by a third party.
