Xperia Xa cannot connect to Internet simcard in Turkey

Hello! need help here my sony xperia xa cannot connect to Internet, also it won't update APN automatically unlike my 2 other phones. so i decided to change and setup the APN manually  and followed the APN settings from my other phone.. but it still wont work.. please help

Try resetting your network settings (Settings -> More -> Network settings reset), restart your phone, then try downloading those settings again (Settings -> More -> Internet settings).

If this didn't work, the best thing you can do in this case is to call your network provider or pay them a visit in one of their shops and let them help you do it manually.
