Xperia XA automatically shuts down

My Sony Xperia XA automatically shuts down.. and after several restarts the battery drains. Unfortunately charging stops and displays 0% battery. i am so disappointed because my phone is just 8 months old and yet i am experiencing this kind of problem. Please help me with this and what can SONY do about this issue?

If you're caught in a boot loop then put your phone on a wall charger for 2-3 hours, and while it's turned off, perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Unfortunately, you will lose any data saved on the internal memory (SD card won't be affected).
