Xa2 Ultra AptX greyed out

I bought this phone specifically for aptX and at the same time I bought a car stereo with aptX (Kenwood DDX594).  AptX on the Xa2 is greyed out.  Also sound effects is greyed out.  Lastly, I remember this phone having an EQ and I can't seem to find it anymore.  Any help with these topics?  Thanks a lot.

Can’t say anything about AptX, I just can guess that it should be automatically activated when pairing your phone with your car audio through bluetooth. About Sound Settings, they will be greyed out while you had ClearAudio+ activated. Once it’s deactivated, then you’ll have access to Sound Settings, where you will find the EQ.
