Do note that the support for third party application is very limited since we have no developed the application on our own, but I'll try to do my best to assist you.
Are there any error messages when you try to install the application from the Google Play store, such as that the application is not compatible with the device or you get an error code?
I found a contact Email address to the developers of the application in the Google Play store, so you may want to send them a message!
