Now i think Sony is provide third class quality in Xperia Xa1 mobile phone because when i was buy this smart phone it is look wise nice phone when i check deeply the mobile there is lots of issues.
1.Inside In my mobile Third class display because if you checking display in black background the some display pixel are not work, it is in not my mobile but lots of sony mobile.I think sony does not checked at manufacturing(TESTING) time.
2.In my mobile left,Right edges touch is not working when i test using "*#*#7378423#*#* " this code it is not recognize with yellow box.
3.This is very serious issue when i changed network mode or mobile data every time mobile "restart".
4.After the "Android OREO 8.0.0" update no.of UI problem Navigation Menu is not work in Rotating mode.keypad left and right key are not work very serious issue with typing.
5.I have read lot's of issue on Xperia Xa1 after Oreo update on "sony community" but sony doesn't care of the customer.
6.This all problems accruing last three months all user of "XPERIA XA1" posted issue on sony community but sony doesn't give any solution.
If other are facing this then replay write your prblm.

Ant defects should be reported to your Local support as with any item.
2. As above.
3. Can you elaborate? Any time you change network (2g to LTE?) It restarts?
4. That sounds similar to issue 2, as stated, local support.
5. How do you know Sony doesn't care? This is a user forum with users helping each other, the only way to find out if Sony cares, is to contact local support with you issues.

Folks this is 'XA1 PLUS' thread.DONT flood it with XA1 ISSUES.PLEASE POST THOSE IN XA1 THREAD.
AS far XA1 is concerned I should honestly say that is a mess of a device.Its biggest problem is it's touchscreen unfortunately which is hardware related and cannot be fixed easily,I also feel Sony should do something to fix this and unfortunately service centre is the only solution.
But AS THIS IS A USER ORIENTED FORUM WE ARE ALSO SIMPLE USERS LIKE YOU AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT.
XA1 OWNERS,better visit service centre under warranty and get your problems solved.GOOD LUCK
