Oreo update

Sir i am very happy to buy this. Xperia xa1 but now it will turn into new os that is oreo and not working well. I am so upset for this update...

The camera app isn´t opening? 

I recomend that, just for now, to run Diagnose, to assess potential hardware or software issues on your Xperia, and analyse how well applications perform.

You can find the Camera Diagnostic Test under:

1. Settings > About phone > Diagnostics.
2. Swipe to the TEST tab and select a test from the list.
3. Follow the instructions and tap YES or NO to confirm if the feature works.
4. Tap Done.

About the touch screen, there are a number of factos that can contribute to that, since the performance can be affected by dirt, heat or the use of device covers or screen protectors😕

Can you tell me if you have a screen protector?

You can run a Diagnostic Test as well, just like i mentioned above, but under the Screen test!

You can always restrar your device, and try it without an sd-card (if that´s the case) inside of it! If removing the memory card solves the issue, your SD card may be damaged!!

If any of this situation have an impact on the situation, try to boot into safe mode, to check if any downloaded applications are causing the problem:

To enable Safe mode

1. While the device is turned on, press and hold down the power key.
2. In the dialog that appears, touch and hold Power off until the device starts to shut down.
3. Wait for the device to restart in Safe mode.

To exit safe mode, restart the device.
