Hello!
I have an issue with my Xperia XA Ultra. About a week or two my phone was restarting or shutting down for no reason. Yesterday it did the same thing, but this time it got stuck at SONY logo, it doesn't boot anymore and it was unresponsive.
Holding the keys: volume up and power helped me to power of the phone.
When I connect the phone to the charger it switches on but again its stuck, I can't even tell if its charging or not.
I've already tried restoring my phone several times with Xperia Companion. Everything works fine, Xperia Companion "repairs" the problem, but when I power on my phone it gets stuck again at SONY logo.
What can I do?
Hi @Erick86, sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried removing the SIM and/or SD cards from your device and checked if you are able to boot it up again without getting stuck at the Sony logo? If you haven't tried that, please do and report back.
Should you experience the same behaviour, your device will need to be examined by a trained technician at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this.
Keep me posted!
I've already tried by removing the SD card and the SIM card. Still no luck after that!
Hi again @Erick86!
The next step is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device.
If you still aren't able to boot it up normally, get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a repair for you, since at that point, the device will need to be examined by a trained technician.
Feel free to keep me posted!
Hi. I have the same problem...
Xperia reboot out of nowhere
Stuck at Sony Logo
Tried to repair it with Xperia Companion... Repair said it was done succesfully but the phone keeps stuck in Sony logo...
Have you found a solution?
Hi @aleexhoze, sorry to hear about your device.
In this case, your device will need to be examined at one of our authorized service centres, since you weren't able to have this resolved by performing a software repair.
Your Local support team will assist you further with this matter and either arrange a repair for you, or inform you of the closest service centre in your area.
Keep me posted!
