I think Sony are playing cat and mouse game here. This XA ULTRA dual sim should be recalled fo too many defects which customers are crying here without any help. What they say is switch off or do a hard reset and it wil be back to norma. THAT's is lie.
Back up and do factory reset and no impvements to thousands of users. That's aother lie. Sent your phone to us for a repair if it is under waranty is free and if out we will charge you ncluding £23.50 for people who lives in UK...That's money making....
Why can't they admit there is serious problems with this device and shuold be recalled? WHY? Why asking to be paid to solve problems which is to do with SOFTWARE update...YOUR OWN SOFTWARE and NOT BROKEN SCREEN, WATER DAMAGE or anything done by customer but isdoe by YOU...YOU SONY!!! WHY??????????
Mine keeps playing same game. I'm looking for the new phone and this one will go to the 🚮 Bin. Seriously. Why I have to give someone crap device? Just find another brand as longer as it's not Sony and chuck it in the bin. Don't recycle ♻ it as you'll create more complaints for one item which Sony failed to recall and solve the matter. BIN 🚮IT
I understand your frustration but this is a global user based forum, if you think that you have a defective unit you should contact your Local support or take it back to the store.
i tested microphone and still can't pick up my voice apart from noise. any further tests to helps bring it back to life
