I have a Sony XA Ultra mobile. Everything is fine untill i have liquid damage to that. Once i given it to service centre all the problem is arising due to the service centre. Since 4 months I am suffering from due to service given by service centre. As it is a liquid damage case i have given 15000 thousand to service centre to repair my mobile. They took 2 months to repair. They have changed every thing except camera. After I receive I found problem in Camera. I again give them the mobile. They took again 15 days to repair. After receiving i found mic and network issue in my mobile. Again I have given them the handset. After 15 days they given me mobile but this time i thought to check and receive the mobile. They said motherboard have been changed. But while checking I found the problem remain the same my handset's mic and network issue is still there. I have given then again and I am waiting for my phone. Here I just want ask the sony people how they are cheating us. Almost 3-4 months of my warranty period lapse due to there slow processing. I have given money to repair the product but the product is defective still. As a customer how much time I should keep calm due to there issue.

I understand it may be frustrating, but I would recommend raising your concern with your Local support. Even though I wish I could assist you, please know that this is a Global User Based Support Forum, and as I am situated in Sweden I do not know how your local market service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws may look like. For this reason, it is best to raise this with your local support as they are well informed as to what applies to your market.
