Won't play videos and some apps won't work

Hi i have an xperia xa and after update it don't play videos and some apps,but  if i restart it everything is ok for a while then keeps doing the same again😤😤😤😤. Help please. Thanks in advance.

test the phone in >>> safe mode for few hours, report back your findings.

Hi, i've  tried the phone in safe mode but it still has the same problem after a few hours

it has the same problem after few hours while in >>> safe mode or after you boot back to normal mode?

I have the same problem while is in safe mode and when is in normal mode. All this started when i updated it.

Do you get an error while playing videos? where are the videos stored?

Yes i get an error message "video can't be played an error occurred" just that. My videos are stored in the SD card but i have that problem also in the web fb, Instagram, YouTube. I tried from Chrome cause i thaught maybe it's an app problem but  i have the same problem.

Boot in >>> safe mode > transfer a video to the internal storage and test it

also test youtube while in safe mode

I've done that the first time you told me to boot in safe mode and test it and as i said before  the problem remains.

I know, but did you transferred a video to the internal storage > unmount the SD card > remove it > boot in >>> safe mode > test it and also test youtube (while in safe mode )
