USB Charging but not connect to PC

Hello,
 I have a small problem on my Sony Xperia XA Ultra Dual SIM (model F3212) (Android version 7.0 - Build 36.1.A.0.182).
It is impossible to synchronize anything with Xperia Companion (under osx).
Worse still the computer does not detect the usb connection (neither system_profiler under OSX nor lsusb under linux gives the device)
When connecting the cable, no notifications (just the LED indicating the charging)
 
So I tried different USB cable => only charge
The same cables with other smartphones => charge + detection OK
Tests carried out on different USB port of different computer (OSX and ArchLinux).

On the Smartphone,
USB developer and debugging option enabled.
USB configuration: MTP (when switching PTP, RNDIS, MIDI options not grayed, but not selectable).

OTG USB keys not recognized either.

USB connector without dust.
 
 
With all these elements,
Could you help me solve my problem?

just wondering, have you been using Sony's usb cable?

of course i use Sony's usb cable.
but the result is the same with sony's an with others..

I would say, uninstall and reinstall XC

Why can't Sony address this problem which hasn't been answered adequately been solved for many including myself. Or back to Samsung

 same problem here when I connect my xa ultra to my laptop it doesn't detect but it charges. I tried to look it in the device manager but it doesn't appear. I tried other android tablet (Huawei) and it was detected ( charging and transfer files). Any solution for this issue?
