Touch screen problem

I purchased sony xa1 ultra for around 20k and really disappointed. I have visited service center for touchscreen side edge issue and they returned my cellphone within a week. But again after a month I'm facing same touchscreen issue. Right, left and top side edges not working properly.
So what is the solution ?
So should I have to submit the cellphone again to service center for same issue ?
Why it was not perfectly done before ?
And I researched on this.. This is the known issue of this phone , so you should have to give us money back or must have to find solution for this .. I'm waiting for your reply

hi yes i have had the same problem as you ,sent phone away still no better after return,i asked for my money back still no reply after a month got a lot of Sony products but this is  the last one . Jomo

Hice la prueba soporte sobre el táctil y no funcionan los bordes de la pantalla. Que puede ser? Urgente 

I did the support test on the touch and the edges of the screen do not work. What can be? Urgent
