Sony Xperia Xa1 Ultra problem.

I want to buy a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra. Have you ever used this phone?Has there been any problem with this phone?

I have been using an XA1 Ultra for the last 6 months and it has been good except for one issue - it keeps getting logged out of my wifi - and can only be re-connected by re-booting the phone.  My wifi service provider reviewed the problem and suggested that I take the phone back to the dealer (Freedom) - who wants to send the phone to their service centre and it will take 3-4 weeks for it to be returned.  I understand that others have also experienced this problem.

The issue with dropping WiFi will supposedly be solved with a new software upgrade. Unfortunately, depending on who your provider is, the upgrade may take some time to become available to you. I am also with Freedom, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

hi do not mine has been back to Sony they said nothing wrong but i get google assistant forever popping up at bottom of screen widgets popping up keyboard getting different letter from which i am typing eratic screen this phone is a nightmare or mine is .

Any luck with the charging problem? Whilst charging at night it starts up and reboots then shuts down thus negating my alarm for work!!  Anything I can s do. Its about a month old.

I m facing problem with my phone that my balance is automatically cutting without using mobile data and tried even after turning of my data and also restart to factory settings please tell me something what to do

First thing to trouble shoot data (besides factory reset) is find mms settings.

 Second is make sure your mobile data limitations are correct. So you're not cut off unnecessarily. sketch-1537438722202.png

Obvious, but just to double check short icons: data, data saver, airplane mode. I only use data saver when traveling..sketch-1537439397999.png

If you're a real data conscious. Google Chrome has its own data saver in mobile Chrome settings. Again, I only turn on while traveling.Screenshot_20180920-053653.png

I use the app Timely. It can help the alarm go off even if the phone is off and silent. (I think).

It's a good phone in terms of cost compared to premium smart phones, good battery life, great screen size and camera but would never buy this model again due to malfunctioning of the call function whereby callers cannot hear me unless I turn my loudspeaker on.
