Some times Sound output is not working,even general mode iam getting not any volume from mobile calls and music player, Need to switch off and restart the mobile that time.
Does it happen everyday or is it random? if everyday then boot the phone in safe mode for several hours, if you don't experience the same issue then it's a third party app acting up
