Charging the xa1 battery

I have read conflicting advice about this with mobile phones in general, but what is the official advice concerning xa1 specifically? With Sony xperia xa1 official battery and charger, is it bad for the battery, or not, to leave it charging overnight, beyond the time when it reaches 100%?

you can leave the phone charging overnight, it won't affect the phone, once it reach 100% it will stop charging.
