This is my mistake that i trust on this brand again. Since i bought thisn phone the problems occures every day in this phone. In Three monts after i buy it my camera gets blur i visit service center and they tell me to repair camera lenc but i have to pay for it. Then after updating to nougat sound is disabled every two days. I visit service center they tell me that i have to format it through there system. I done it but the problem is not solved. And after 8 month (last week) its touchpad is not working. I visited the service center and told them that i want replace ment of this device that i suffer continuous problem in it but the service person says me that in warranty period they can only repair the device. Now tell me that the sound disable problem is due to me or their software and they should replace my device or not. Please guise support me and tell me if i am wrong. If you all having same problem then we can case in cunsumer forum if you all agree. I will go if the company cant solve my problem but the case will become strong when all the user of this device who are suffering from same problem will do it.
