Meine mobilen Daten gehen nicht mehr, ich habe auch meine Sim Karte in ein anderes  Handy gemacht da geht alles einwandfrei

Aber auf meinem Handy kann ich nicht fihl machen, ich bin auch nicht mehr erreichbar nix 

Bitte helft mir 

Oder kann ich das Handy umtauschen? Es hat noch Garantie aber ich habe keine Papiere bekomme.
