Why does this phone ask me everything I switch from Facebook messaging to sms messaging if I want to swap? It never stops popping up and is high

I'm sorry to hear about that, must be very frustrating.

Are you only using the inbuilt Messages application to send and receive text messages in your phone or are you using both Facebook messenger and the Messaging application?

If you only want to use the messaging application for sending and receiving text messages I would recommend that you make this application the default one for text messages. You can do so if you open up the Messaging application > 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > Default SMS app > Messaging.
