Screen and keyoad orobs

Hi. 

I'm having trouble with the letter next to O (not I) everytime I oress it the letter O comes uo (as you can see in txt). The same on the other side right of 2.

Olus the screen does not swioe down from notification bar. 

I have had ohone less than a year. Its still under guarantee
