My Sony Xperia is stuck on a Boot Loop

Hi,

My Phone is stuck in a Boot Loop, It turns on then goes as far as the Xperia logo then shuts off and that process repeats.

I have tried Holding the power button and the volume up to clear the cache memory, This did not work.

I have tried to connect to the Sony Companion Application on the PC and Mac using the official USB cable that came with the phone and I have tried to repair the software and followed the onscreen steps, It did not recognise the phone automatically so i had to do a process where i hold the volume down button as i connect in order to get the companion app to recognise it but when the process completes the boot loop is still in place.

What else can I do?

I'm sorry to hear that but it's time to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
