Problems xsperia xa1

Good afternoon,

In June of 2017 we bought a xperia xa1 through orange. From the first day he has been giving problems (spots, loss of coverage, tactile problems) taking four times to repair the Orange store. Once again we have problems and they want us to repair it for the fifth time. When we request that they replace us, they tell us that it is Sony who does not think it necessary. Sure, in a few months the warranty ends and then what? Do we throw it away after showing that the phone has gone wrong from the factory? Since they repair it and it works for a while, does this seem fair to you?

As @uliwooly mentioned, service cases are not handled here at our Global user based forum as warranty, routines and consumer laws varies between markets.

I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and raise this with them and see what kind of solution can be agreed on.
