Phone won't switch on

Cannot switch on my phone. It seems to have frozen

Hi @Auragold, I'm sorry to hear about that.

To begin with, I would recommend you to try a force restart of your device. You can do this by holding down the power button and the volume up button simultaneously for 2 minutes. If your device react by vibrating three times you should try to power it on again by just pressing the power button.
