Мой телефон на русском языке, а клавиатура при наборе номера с английской раскладкой, потому не получается быстро набирать контакт для звонка. Как настроить русскую клавиатуру?

You may find that the letters on the Phone app’s dial pad are missing for languages that do not use the Latin alphabet, even if you have chosen a language that uses a non-Latin alphabet, such as Russian, Arabic, Hebrew or Japanese. This is because the function “Smart search” was removed for non-Latin alphabets in the Android™ 7.0 update.

There is currently no plan to re-implement non-Latin alphabets on the Phone app’s dial pad, though no final decision has been made.
