Phone Failed

Hello together,

I buyed the Xperia XA.

I start the device for the first time and I get the message:

"Factory Startup service please wait for on screen power off button"

then appears a button with Power Off and  I press on it and I get this:

When i get the Failed Message i just can shut down my phone. I can do nothing with it.

I have gave my phone back. I am not show about service and I do not understand why this problem appear.
