Phone Failed

Hello together,

I buyed the Xperia XA.

I start the device for the first time and I get the message:

"Factory Startup service please wait for on screen power off button"

then appears a button with Power Off and  I press on it and I get this:

Failed

2227: 56 00 00 00

2228:

2229:

When i get the Failed Message i just can shut down my phone. I can do nothing with it.

Keep the power button and volume up pressed at the same time until the phone vibrates once (first the screen will go black and after about 5 seconds will vibrate). Can u shut it down like this?

I can do it.

It goes black and it shut down.

If, when you turn it on again it will do the same problem, you should try Repair through Xperia Companion (on pc). If that does not work, contact your service center or ask the place of purchase for a replacement.

I tried it with the Companion but i cant accept on the Phone.

I cant do it because i just can do settings when you start your phone for the first time and if i want to finish i get the power off screen.

Welcome to the community,

Really sorry to hear about this issue, when you perform a software repair, you need to make sure that the handset is completely powered down, at no point will you turn the handset on for this process.

I have the same problem. I am interested why this problems exist , what was the wrong at first time ?
