I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and force restart your device. You can do so by pressing and holding the volume up and on/off keys for 10 seconds. Then try to start your device as normal, if it doesn't try charging your device for at least 30 minutes.
Also I'd recommend that you temporarily remove your SIM and SD card from your device to make sure they are not causing this behavior.
If you device still doesn't start I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
