I'm sorry to hear this.

Most apps ask for permissions the first time you use them. You can also set permission for individual apps if you go to: Settings > Apps > Name of app > Permission. Do you get any error message when you try to set permissions, could you elaborate what happens?

Thank you for answer, i bought this Phone yesterday , after system update i didn't restart it and that was the problem. Problem solved.
