Ongoing software updates

Yazılım güncellemesi var deniyor. Güncellemeyi yapıyorum telefon kapanıp açılıyor ve aynı soruyu tekrar soruyu 5 kere güncelleme yaptım ama halen güncelleme soruyor

Software update is available. I am doing the update, the phone is turned off and on and the same question is asked again I have 5 times updated but I am still asking for update

Hi @STK1, welcome to our forum!

Depending on which software version the phone was shipped with, you may have to do several updates before you have the latest available software version installed in your phone.

Before you apply a new update, go to Settings > About phone and check the number under "Version". Write this down and download and install the new update > restart your phone and go back and see if the Version number is different. If it is, you have installed a new software in your phone.

If is it not changing, please follow the recommendation by @Brobddy and go to Settings > Apps > three dots > Show system > Software update > Storage > Clear data > OK and then restart your phone.

If nothing else helps backup your phone and try factory reset in settings->backup&reset->factory data reset. delete everything and try update first thing after setting up wifi.

After update restore everything from your backup.

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question, do you receive another notification that you have a software update available after you installed a new one? If you do, please go to Settings > About phone > write down the number just below "Version" > download and install the update > go back and check if this number has been changed.
