Hi everyone , just to share my extreme bad experience and bad service I have received from Sony Somerset from THE MANAGER.I have send my phone Sony Xperia xa in for repair 3 times in a month and requested for a new handset replacement due to multiple faulty handset. I also asked for Manager at Somerset to call me with regards to this matter. But he seems not bothered to even call and explain about the situation. Last few days I called in Sony to request for him to call me back, but there was still no response from I think he seems incompetent on his job as a manager. I REALLY HOPE someone of HIGHER AUTHORITY in Sony can escalate this issue and help me regarding this matter. Thanks.

My sony Xperia XA is the bane of my life. I am still on contract for another 7 months, the mobile has been away to sony 3 times, meaning i have`nt had a mobile for 30 days as it takes 10 days at a time to send it off and get it back, and i`m still paying a contract. I got i back last week and it has gone wrong again. I refuse to send it off a fourth time with the same problem so i am going into my service operator tomorrow to Demand a new phone as this one is not fit for purpose! According to the repair slip i have had a multitude of stickers, whatever they are, a new battery and lastly a new motherboard! I will never ever buy sony ever again. I hope to resolve this tomorrow or i will have to go to citizens advice and report to the ombudsman.I heard from other users they can put in second hand parts to fix it? Can`t wait to get rid of the thing. I missed a hospital appointment and other activities as the phone was either at sony or not working. I would like to think they could repair a mobile properly or replace it after a third time. my mobile is in perfect condition and has never been damaged. I hope you get yours sorted, and i`m close to ditching it altogether and the network too even though its not their fault!
I have plenty of friends with mobiles and i advise them not to go sony!
