Network issue

My phone sony xperia xa1..  sims network are not available its always 1 or 2 out of 4... Do something? Its a major issue..

So we can assist you better we need more information. What do you mean by "its always 1 or 2 out of 4"?

It means network symbol shows at top of right hand side of the mobile.. That is 1 or 2 out of 4

He means the signal bar strenght. I am also getting 2 out of 4 bars....its like im in a basement lol tried software reset nothing worked

Are your calls dropping or is your internet disconnecting? Or is it just that you have few bars?

All good exeriencing no problem with internet or calls

If your service isn't being disrupted I wouldn't worry too much about the bars that you see. There's no standardisation as to what they mean. If you want to check the exact strength that you are getting go to Settings > About Phone > Status > SIM status. You will see your strength in dBm. 

For an example, my XZ is showing -90 dBm with 3 bars.
