no it didn't answer my question or did it fix my problem and yes I did all of it. When again being the most expensive phone I've ever purchased it's also being the first time I had to install something to repair it. I didn't touch it Sony and they replied back to me try to reply back to them again because they asked me questions and asked if this answer help me no it did not. But of course they have encrypted email and I cannot reply to them nor do anything else so I'm going to put the message here I need to go get it. I'm just glad to be bused rhaetian of everything the phone is getting worse by the day I can now not use it for a phone call at all. Again I have fatal medical issues I have a business I'm trying to run you are making me lose everything daily by the minute by the hour. Ignoring me is not going to make me go away
