Have you tried downloading the Internet settings in your device? These will be needed so the device knows which APN settings to use in order for you to be able to access the Internet using mobile data.
You can download the settings if you go to Settings > Network and Internet > Network settings > Accept. Wait for them to be downloaded and installed and then reboot your device.
