Mine too. Like a dead phone, only connecting to wifi. Tried "factory reset", tried software repair 3 times. Still, dead. Same sim card using on another cheap or advance phone got no problem, obviously the problem is the product.
Regret that I don't listen to advice, I should never go to Sony even the advertisement shows how good it is.
