Mobile data turns off and on when browsing

Mobile data turns off when browsing facebook, messenger, you tube. All apps icons in the home screen also restarting/refreshing to almost restarting.

There are no problems when I'm using wifi. Any suggestions and help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have unlimited data or is it restricted?

Im using a data package promo,  not a restricted one. This happens whenever I used mobile internet. Something like the whole ui restarts,  all icons become blurred,  mobile signal turns off then return to normal after a few seconds. No problems encountered when using wifi.

Test the phone in >>> safe mode and report back.

Same thing happen. I already changed sim card. Same thing also happen.
