Hi @Sony160, I'm very sorry to hear about that.  


I would recommend you to try the microphone in the diagnostics tool in your device, you can find that by going to: Settings > (System) About phone > Support > Test > Microphone. How does the device react in the test?

If you still are experiencing it after this, I would recommend you to try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see how the device reacts in this mode.
