Major Issues After Latest Update - HELP

After letting my XA2 install the latest update (6/25), the phone started up with the "Welcome" screen and prompts one would get when buying the phone NEW. I was scared to go through the prompts and set it up, but did so and -thankfully- all of my things were there. Though, I noticed that all of my settings were all reverted to factory reset. Not good. When I, then, tried to set my setting back to normal, I found I can't set up my fingerprints anymore, because I keep getting an error when I try. To top it off, when I reboot my phone, the "Welcome" screen and prompt START OVER AGAIN. How do I fix this? It's obnoxious.

I've seen similar issues when users flash their phone with (Xperifirm/flashtool) is this the case with your phone?

I have not flashed my phone.
