Main Speaker is not working

My xperia xa dual mobile main speaker is not operatig. Tested support with youtube video using "soundabout" android software no good result of it. Please help someone on this issuue.

It may software bug or hardware issue of the speaker?

If from settings - about phone - diagnostics - test - external speaker you have the same result, then it is hardware. You can also do the mic test.

Hi @Kasuz, sorry to hear about this.

Have you had the time to try the loud speaker in the Diagnostics test which @Roadrunny76 suggested? If you have and there was no change, try restarting your phone in safe mode to make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this.

While the phone is rebooted in safe mode, do the loud speaker test again and see if you can hear the sound being played.
