Location feature, shortcut available?

I use a bus tracking app so I can see when the next one is due. 

Previous to the Nougat update, all I needed to do when turning on Location was to scroll down on the home screen and tap the greyed out Location icon on each to turn it on. 

Now I have to go into the main settings to turn Location on/off. 

Is there a way I can create a shortcut on the home screen?  

Ive noticed leaving location off conserves a good amount of battery life,now I only recharge my phone every 2-3 days.

Go to the slide down menu and click edit. Then find the location tab and set it on the Quick menu

Thanks for the reply.

I gave that a go this afternoon but no joy.  You can't physically drag the Location icon even when on the edit screen.
