Hi @Heather2528, welcome to our forum!

The screen record feature was removed in the Xperia X series, so you'll need to download an application from the Google Play store to be able to record your screen.

There are a couple of applications to choose from if you search for "screen record" or "record screen" and then you can try them out and see which one you like the best!
