Help, please!!

I need to change the way the phone opens this and another external links. When I tap on the green button (to link with my My Nintendo account), the phone opens a floating browser (ignore what it says) but it's annoying instead of being useful. Please, help me, it happens with other appsScreenshot_20171029-001127.png

I have something preinstalled called Google App, but it isn't that. And I reinstalled the app like 6 times but... nothing

Edit: okay, I found the solution! If you go to Settings > Apps > Show system, and you disable the "setup wizard" thing, you can open things with the browser itself. Thank you very much for helping me ^^

@Drakyem

That's something that you have to escalate with the app/game developer, could you tell us which game/app is? Also check under the app settings.

It's Fire Emblem Heroes, but it happens with Super Mario Run too.

Just like the screenshot reads, you need an account, there's nothing wrong with your phone, there's nothing wrong with the games, you need to either create an account or log in with your account.

The problem is when I tap on the log in button (because I have an account), if I write my email and password, the Log In button stays grayed out; if I try to log in with google, it says 403, disallowed useragent and if I try to log in with Twitter, this error happens: Screenshot_20171029-011948.png

@Drakyem

Did you downloaded this app/games from the playstore or a third party website?

Always from the playstore, but I still think that the problem it's the phone... Because in Twitter, I disabled the "use Twitter browser" and that floating window still appears

I can't recreate the issue, what if you clear chrome's app data

Nope, it doesn't work. I think that the floating window is another browser that it isn't Chrome or any other browser.

@Drakyem

do you have a different browser (other than chrome)? Uninstall reinstall the games
