Mi xperia xa presenta un conflicto con su cámara frontal ya que no me la reconoce. Las primeras veces con reiniciar el aparato se solucionaba, ya después dejo de funcionar esa técnica y ya no puedo usar dicha cámara. Soluciones?

I unable to use my front camera. Third party apps cannot access it. The diagnostics test does not even pick it up. 

Suggestions on how to fix this?
