Its a function, which should be smart or clever, for when you look at a picture on your phone it should not turn off but mine does and thats a mistake which the workshop cant solve which is so redicoless and embarassing for them.
oh, you mean Smart backlight control. I'm pretty sure it only works when the phone detects that it's being held upright, so if you're trying to use it when your phone is lying flat on the desk, it won't work.
A Smart/fancy light that should appear despite the lite turns on the phone. And it does not work and the workshop cant mend it because they are not kompetent to do it, so I have simply turn it off.
This function uses the positioning / movement sensors. If you keep the phone in your hand (not in the position as on table), select and view a picture, your hand is not steady (has small moves) so the sensors will not let the screen turn off.
